Working on my remodel project with Chatham House was a great experience!! Shelley and Nicole were there every step of the way, which made it so much easier especially since Harbor Springs is our second home and I was not there for most of it. They worked side-by-side with our builder and kept things running smoothly. Their expert design, taste and creativity made it easy to make choices once we established the style and look I wanted to achieve. I would highly recommend using them to anyone who is looking to improve their living space. No one better and they also made it fun and not a chore!

After meeting with several designers, we knew immediately upon meeting Shelley, she was the one for our job! She understood our project, was enthusiastic, friendly, not rushed and full of style. Little did we know that Nicole came as part of the package- what a duo!

Fast forward to the project and they exceeded every expectation! They were highly talented, organized, responsive, detail oriented and always fun to work with! They kept the project on schedule from start to finish, interacting with the general contractor as well as subcontractors on site. This was an extreme benefit to us as we were often away from the job site. We also really appreciated that they presented three options for many of the design decisions which included their recommendation! Chatham House has valuable relationships with quality vendors which helps to create a custom design. They truly listened and then worked their magic! Chatham House made what could have been a stressful experience genuinely enjoyable. We highly recommend their services- you won’t regret it!
